Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms and of the conditions of the rate booked. Booking and payment<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"73352b5e\">The booking becomes firm once we receive the deposit (arrhes) of 30% of the total price of the stay and have sent our written confirmation. The balance is payable no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is paid at the time of booking.<br><br>Payment by bank transfer or by card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via a secure payment link. American Express cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge. By paying by card, you authorise us to charge the amounts due on the scheduled dates (balance at D-30) and, where applicable, the pre-authorisation for the security deposit.<br><br>If the balance is not paid when due, and after a written reminder that remains unanswered for 72 hours, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit kept.<br><br>In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3193e776 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"3193e776\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"3193e776\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"250b463f\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">4. Prices and tourist tax<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"410ac616\">Prices are in euros, all taxes included. They include the rental of the apartment, utilities (water, electricity, heating) and the services described in article 5.<br><br>Not included: the tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality of Valloire at the current rate; the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking; any additional services. These amounts are paid with the balance.<br><br>Promotions are not retroactive. Any change in VAT or taxes imposed by the authorities is passed on in the price at the date of invoicing.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ef700c8 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"7ef700c8\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"7ef700c8\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"1c637a2\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">5. Services included<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"79514257\">\u2022 Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and tea towels<br>\u2022 TV and Wi-Fi<br>\u2022 Ski room with boot and glove warmers<br>\u2022 The chalet\u2019s sauna, reserved privately for each apartment two evenings a week: Everest on Sunday and Wednesday, K2 on Monday and Thursday, Mont-Blanc on Tuesday and Friday<br>\u2022 Parking: one garage space for Everest and K2, and one outdoor space next to the apartment for Mont-Blanc<br><br>In the event of a breakdown, we will intervene as quickly as possible. An occasional breakdown of an ancillary facility (sauna, boot warmers, glove warmers, Wi-Fi, TV) does not give rise to a refund. If an essential facility of the accommodation were to be unavailable for a long period, we will work with you to find a solution or a goodwill gesture.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2889da0f e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"2889da0f\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"2889da0f\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"54fce74d\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">6. Capacity and life in the chalet<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"6c738e3\">Each apartment is rented for a maximum number of occupants: 11 people for Everest and K2, 6 people for Mont-Blanc. It may not be occupied by more people without our written consent.<br><br>The apartments are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and gatherings are not permitted: please respect the peace and quiet of the other guests in the chalet and of the neighbours.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55b90644 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"55b90644\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"55b90644\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"380425e2\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">7. Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"3f8e496d\">Arrival from 4 pm, self check-in with a key box: the instructions are sent to you before your stay. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.<br><br>Departure by 10 am at the latest. A late arrival or early departure does not give rise to any refund.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53e4d879 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"53e4d879\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"53e4d879\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"c4912a7\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">8. Security deposit<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"2eda1a92\">A security deposit of \u20ac500 to \u20ac1,000 depending on the apartment is required before arrival, by card pre-authorisation or bank transfer. It is returned or released within 7 days of departure, less, on presentation of supporting documents, any damage, missing items or restoration costs resulting from failure to follow the departure instructions.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ed6905 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"1ed6905\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"1ed6905\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"595fc272\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">9. Departure instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"1263711f\">The cleaning fee covers the full cleaning of the apartment. Cancellation by the guest<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"2c7db627\">Any cancellation must be notified to us by email at contact@chalet-setaz.com. We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours; if you do not hear from us, please call +33 (0)6 03 40 46 46.<br>\u2022 More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit (30% of the stay) is kept.<br>\u2022 30 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the stay is due.<br><br>We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-772fa18 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div cgv-article\" data-id=\"772fa18\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"772fa18\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"40c4ea5\" class=\"cgv-h e-heading-base e-default-h3\">11. Changes to the stay<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"59620aa1\">Any request for a change (dates, apartment) must be made by email and is subject to availability. An administration fee applies; its amount is communicated to you before the change is confirmed. Snow, weather and ski lifts<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cgv-txt e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"3b05ae61\">Lack or excess of snow, weather conditions, or the full or partial closure of ski lifts or activities by administrative decision do not constitute grounds for a refund or a free change.
