The entire website (texts, layout, logo, photographs of the apartments and the chalet, maps) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, without the written permission of CCCJM VALLOIRE is prohibited.

We take care to ensure that the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Information about Valloire (ski area, events, access) is given for guidance only: please refer to the official websites we link to for up-to-date information. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

5. Personal data: who processes it and why

The data controller is CCCJM VALLOIRE. We only collect the data we need:
• contact form (name, email, phone, message): to reply to your request, on the basis of your consent;
• booking (identity, contact details, dates, number of guests, payment): to perform the rental contract and meet our legal obligations (invoicing, tourist tax).

Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is accessible only to CCCJM VALLOIRE and its technical service providers (website hosting, email, booking and payment tool), within the limits of their assignment.

6. Retention period

• Contact requests not followed by a booking: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Booking data: for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@chalet-setaz.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only sets one functional cookie that remembers your language choice (French or English) for one year, and stores in your browser, for 12 hours, the season you chose (winter or summer). These trackers are strictly necessary for the website to work and do not require your consent.
